Mike Dugery
Founding Partner
Mike previously held senior product and sales management positions with the Cordis division of Johnson & Johnson. Mike has over 18 years of cross functional experience developing and commercializing medical devices. While at Cordis, Mike was responsible for the global launch in Europe, the US and Asia of product lines across the balloon expandable stent, PTA balloon and Vena cava filter franchises. His ability to develop and execute cohesive product launch strategies and lead sales teams resulted in consistent above forecast sales performance and market share gains. Mike has developed a broad network of global opinion leaders in the field of vascular interventional medicine.
Prior to Cordis, Mike held senior engineering and product development positions at venture-backed Life Medical Sciences, which merged with MedChem Products Inc. and was ultimately acquired by C.R. Bard. While at Life Medical Sciences, he successfully led the development and launch of multiple products with a team of contract manufacturers, designers and consultants. Mike holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Management & Technology Masters from the Wharton School and the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. Mike serves on the boards of directors of Bioconnect Systems, Inc and The Visiting Nurses Association and Community Services of Montgomery County, PA.
